Our zero-tolerance policy
Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and the facilitation of either are strictly prohibited on TERMS. Any member, account, or content suspected of involvement will be removed and reported to appropriate law enforcement and anti-trafficking organizations.
What we do to prevent exploitation
- Identity verification through Verified by Toni for production access
- Proactive moderation of profiles, messages, and media uploads
- Automated and human review for suspicious patterns and reported accounts
- Immediate suspension of accounts linked to coercion, solicitation of illegal activity, or underage users
- Cooperation with law enforcement and recognized anti-trafficking NGOs when legally permitted
Warning signs to watch for
If something feels wrong, trust your instincts. Common red flags include:
- Pressure to move off-platform quickly or share financial information
- Requests involving travel, housing, or employment that seem controlling
- Profiles that appear inconsistent, stolen, or too good to be true
- Someone who refuses video verification or in-person meeting in safe public settings
- Language suggesting someone is being controlled, monitored, or cannot speak freely
How to report on TERMS
If you believe a member is being trafficked, exploited, or is underage, report them immediately from their profile or conversation. You can also email safety@ourterms.com with screenshots and details. For emergencies, contact local law enforcement first.
