Welcome to TERMS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account using Verified by Toni, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Identity Verification

For Free, Silver, Gold, and Platinum members, TERMS requires Verified by Toni, which validates each user to ensure they are real and who they say they are. TERMS does not store any information pertaining to our users except what is added in the Profile section by the user. Verified by Toni deletes all data upon verification. Platinum includes Privacy Mode — Limited for members who want additional discretion. Asteroid and Mars offer Total Privacy Mode, including email-only sign-in without Toni verification, for members who need the highest level of anonymity. Across every tier, we work to keep a secured platform where everyone feels safe and risks are reduced. We don’t like scammers, fraudsters, and anyone who wishes to be nefarious. This is a community we cherish and wish to build to assist you in your true path of happiness.

Access to TERMS requires successful identity verification through Verified by Toni. By using the service, you agree to complete this process and represent that all profile information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.
• Harass, stalk, or harm another person.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features of the service are subject to a fee. By opting into a subscription (Silver, Gold, Platinum), you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TERMS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Usernames & Handles

Members may select a unique username (“handle”) for use on the platform. Handles are licensed to you for use on the service; they are not your property and convey no ownership interest. You may not buy, sell, transfer, or rent handles.

TERMS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to reclaim, capture, reassign, or retire any handle — including, without limitation, for trademark or brand conflicts, impersonation, inactivity, misleading or harmful use, or for TERMS’s own commercial or operational purposes. If your handle is reclaimed, we will assign you a replacement handle and notify you, and you may then select a new available handle of your choosing.

By creating or changing a handle, you acknowledge and agree that continued use of any particular handle is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TERMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
