What TERMS prohibits

• TERMS strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, coercion, trafficking, and any conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
• TERMS strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including requesting, uploading, sharing, storing, or distributing sexualized content involving a minor.
• TERMS is an adults-only dating service. Members must be at least 18 years old and may not use the service to contact, recruit, exploit, or endanger a child.
• For confirmed CSAM, TERMS restricts involved accounts, preserves relevant platform records under the approved legal process, records the safety decision and reporting reference, and makes reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the competent authority when required by applicable law.

1. 1. Use Report or Block from the member profile or conversation.
2. 2. Choose Child safety or exploitation concern and add only the context needed for review.
3. 3. For an off-platform or additional child-safety concern, submit a protected safety report. For account-specific support, use the TERMS Support Center.

Do not upload, send, or reproduce suspected illegal sexual content involving a minor. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Confirmed CSAM response

1. 1. An authorized Trust & Safety reviewer assesses the urgent report without asking a reporter to reproduce illegal content.
2. 2. When CSAM is confirmed, TERMS restricts the involved account, records the decision in the restricted safety case, and preserves relevant records through the approved legal process.
3. 3. The child-safety owner and counsel determine the applicable reporting obligation. After a required report is made to NCMEC or the competent authority, TERMS records the authority and case reference in the restricted safety case.
